Stacey Roper
Stacey played a variety of sports when she was younger such as soccer, softball, and volleyball until she hurt her back playing volleyball in high school. For over a decade she dealt with both muscle spasms and nerve pain radiating from her low back. After seeing several doctors that didn’t help, finally a doctor gave her some exercises and stretches which were able to bring her some relief. Stacey started working at the front desk at a reformer Pilates studio and taking classes there. After a few months, she had built so much more control of her body and her back pain was cut in half! She fell in love with the reformer! Since then Stacey has completed the personal training program through ACE and barre training through Barre Intensity. She has been lucky enough to learn from some of the best Pilates instructors in the area taking her training through Balanced Body. Stacey has been instructing Pilates for almost 3 years now and helping people with their fitness goals has become one of the greatest joys in her life!
