A Spin on an Old Favorite
A traditional Reformer Pilates Flow with a contemporary twist. You will get a low impact resistance training workout that integrates different muscle groups each class. Integrating the Springboard, Box, Mat, EXO-chair and more. No class is the same as the last! Come prepared to workout and leave feeling a little longer and a little stronger!
Put a little Pep in Your Step
The Cardio class is a higher intensity (low impact) cardiovascular workout utilizing the jump board. By taking gravity out of the picture, we create a safe way for you to do the cardio you need all the while providing the leg and glute activation we all require and desire!

Time to get those buns burnin'
With a special emphasis on core and glutes, your abs and buns will be burning for days!
Enjoy High Energy Fun
High Intensity Interval Training meets reformer. This class is upbeat, fun and challenging. We include hand weights and other props making this a nice switch up from the traditional flow.
Emphasize Core Strength & Stability
TRX and Reformer, what a perfect pair! Two low impact exercises that really create an opportunity to use your core strength and build your stability.
Stretch & Strength
Release your Stress... & Stretch!
Stretching has never felt better! You will use the reformer to help you hold static stretches that will release the tension and stress in your body. By elongating and stretching the muscles you also work to prevent injuries. Especially great for those with hip and back pain.
Improve Balance & Stability
With a focus on improving overall balance and stability, this class will help you improve your pilates practice and your day to day functional standing movements.
Release, Recover, Relax, and Repeat!
It’s time for you and your body to work out the issues. Find those stubborn muscle adhesions and roll them out! By using the foam roller, trigger point balls, and other active release tools you are going to loosen and lengthen your muscles. Great for those with limited mobility or range of motion, tennis players, athletes, runners, and weight lifters.
