Reformer Flow
Offered in levels 1, 2, and 3

A Spin on an Old Favorite

A traditional Reformer Pilates Flow with a contemporary twist. You will get a low impact resistance training workout that integrates different muscle groups each class. Integrating the Springboard, Box, Mat, EXO-chair and more. No class is the same as the last! Come prepared to workout and leave feeling a little longer and a little stronger!
Power4® Cardio

Offered in levels 1 and 2

Put a little Pep in Your Step

The Cardio class is a higher intensity (low impact) cardiovascular workout utilizing the jump board. By taking gravity out of the picture, we create a safe way for you to do the cardio you need all the while providing the leg and glute activation we all require and desire!
Power4® Abs & Glutes
Offered in levels 1 and 2

Time to get those buns burnin'

With a special emphasis on core and glutes, your abs and buns will be burning for days!
Power4® HIIT
Offered in levels 2 and 3

Enjoy High Energy Fun

High Intensity Interval Training meets reformer. This class is upbeat, fun and challenging. We include hand weights and other props making this a nice switch up from the traditional flow.
Power4® TRX

Offered in levels 1 and 2

Emphasize Core Strength & Stability

TRX and Reformer, what a perfect pair! Two low impact exercises that really create an opportunity to use your core strength and build your stability.
Stretch & Strength
Open to all levels

Release your Stress... & Stretch!

Stretching has never felt better! You will use the reformer to help you hold static stretches that will release the tension and stress in your body. By elongating and stretching the muscles you also work to prevent injuries. Especially great for those with hip and back pain. This class is 30% strength based exercises and 70% assisted stretching on the reformer. We use massage guns.
Signature Stretch
Open to all levels

Relax and unwind your body & mind!

Assisted stretch class primarily utilizing the reformer. Think calm, relaxing, and enjoyable! We will dim the lights, light the candles, and play relaxing music to help you unwind. We use massage guns.
Private Sessions for Athletes

Private Sessions for Athletes

Reformer Pilates Private Sessions are one of the best ways to improve your performance on the court, on the grass, or in the water! Improved CORE strength will help you with speed and balance, a focus on spinal rotation will help your swing, and an emphasis on flexibility will prevent those injuries! Who doesn’t want to be an athlete forever?
