Zuzana
Instructor
Zuzana has always loved helping others feel their best, and Pilates stood out to her as a way to support both physical and mental health. Inspired by its transformative effects, she pursued becoming an instructor to share that same positive impact with others.
After being a stay-at-home mom for 10 years, Zuzana wanted a career that combined her passion for movement with a schedule that worked for her family. Seeing her mom thrive with Pilates at Power4 inspired her to join the studio’s teacher training program, and she has loved being part of such a supportive and empowering environment ever since.
An athlete from a young age, Zuzana was a competitive swimmer starting at six and also played water polo throughout high school and college. She discovered yoga and Pilates in her early twenties and later completed a pelvic floor rehabilitation course, deepening her connection to core strength and body awareness.
Zuzana’s teaching style emphasizes proper form, mindful breathing, and connection to the body. She loves teaching all Flow classes, with a special passion for Suspension & Flow, helping clients walk out feeling taller, stronger, and more connected to their bodies. Seeing the progress and confidence her clients gain in just a few sessions continues to be her greatest reward.
Outside of the studio, Zuzana enjoys spending time with her two children, Lizzy and Robbie, hiking, swimming, and relaxing whenever possible.
Her advice for aspiring instructors? “Just do it! It may feel overwhelming at first, but the strength, knowledge, and confidence you gain in yourself are more than worth it.”
