Instructor
Tatyana’s journey into Pilates began during a pivotal moment in her life. After recovering from a hip dislocation following childbirth, she turned to Pilates to rebuild her strength and mobility. What she discovered went far beyond physical healing—Pilates helped restore her sense of self. Experiencing movement without pain became a defining moment, inspiring her to help others find that same path to strength and resilience.
With nearly 20 years of personal Pilates practice, Tatyana brings an authentic, experience-driven perspective to her teaching. Her background is uniquely balanced by over 15 years of leading operations at global companies like Google and Adobe, where she developed a deep understanding of performance, focus, and adaptability. She believes that wellness and professional success can coexist—and that movement is a powerful tool to support both.
Her teaching style is intentional and empowering, focused on helping clients move with purpose, build strength, and gain confidence in their bodies. She especially enjoys Reformer Flow and TRX-integrated Pilates, creating dynamic and supportive sessions that meet clients where they are.
Tatyana’s approach is also influenced by her degree in Economics from UC Berkeley, where she learned to analyze complex systems—something she now applies to understanding body alignment and efficient movement.
Outside the studio, Tatyana is an avid traveler and adventurer. She has explored over 50 countries, summited Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Fuji, and trekked to Everest Base Camp and Machu Picchu. These days, she enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with her two children.
Tatyana believes Pilates is more than a workout—it’s a pathway to transformation. She is passionate about creating a space where clients feel supported, empowered, and capable of discovering their own strength—both on and off the Reformer.
