Master Trainer
Kat’s journey into Pilates is rooted in a lifelong career in movement. With over 20 years as a professional dancer and instructor, she discovered Pilates as a natural extension of her work—blending strength, control, and artistry. What began as a new opportunity quickly became a passion, especially as she explored new paths for growth during COVID.
Kat brings a unique combination of experience and expertise, holding two comprehensive Pilates certifications (Club Pilates and Balanced Body), along with certifications in Pure Barre and myofascial release. Her teaching style blends classical precision with athletic energy, often inspired by her love of music and movement.
Her personal experience with pregnancy and postpartum recovery has deepened her connection to Pilates, shaping her empathetic and intuitive approach. She is especially passionate about private sessions, where she can tailor each workout to the individual and support meaningful progress.
As Master Trainer at Power4 Pilates, Kat leads by example—mentoring instructors, sharing her expertise, and fostering a culture of growth and excellence across the studio.
Outside the studio, Kat enjoys spending time with her daughter and hopes to return to dancing alongside her one day.
Kat believes in the transformative power of Pilates—helping clients build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to their bodies.
