Hannah
Lead Instructor
Hannah has always been passionate about fitness and the health of the body. While pursuing her Master’s in Exercise Physiology, she became a member of Power4 Pilates Los Gatos and quickly noticed the transformative effects Pilates had on both her body and mind. Recognizing its alignment with her goal of working in physical rehab and strength training, Hannah transitioned into teaching, bringing her deep understanding of the body to every class.
Growing up as a nationally ranked competitive Irish dancer, Hannah combined her love of movement with strength training, earning an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Medicine. She has worked in multiple physical therapy offices and completed an internship with San Jose State’s Sports Performance Department, training athletes from Olympic-level sports. Today, she specializes in helping clients work through injuries, limitations, and conditions ranging from spinal injuries to Parkinson’s, stroke recovery, and osteoporosis.
Hannah’s teaching style is clear, concise, and intentional, with a focus on the flow of class. One of her favorite formats to teach is suspension and flow which is Pilates on the TRX. She loves helping clients feel and understand each exercise in their own bodies while tailoring sessions to individual goals. One of her most rewarding experiences was helping a client recover from a back injury—regaining the strength to hike, golf, bike, and even compete in a Grand Canyon bike race—demonstrating that progress may not always be linear, but with patience and dedication, incredible results are possible.
Outside the studio, Hannah enjoys exploring the outdoors, trying new workout classes, and spending time with her dog, Indie. She encourages anyone beginning their Pilates journey to dive in, trust the process, and know that with the support of Power4’s team, every step of the path is guided and meaningful.
