After returning to dance as an adult, Christina turned her attention to fitness and conditioning. After 15 years of practicing Pilates-based exercise, she joined Power4 Pilates when the studio first opened as a member and then quickly realized Teacher Training was the next step for her! After a pandemic pregnancy and baby, it was just what she needed to really help pull her through postpartum recovery and get back to feeling like herself. She loves how accessible Pilates is for everyone at any stage in life and any level of experience and ability. Pilates helps people maintain quality of life with functional movement and also challenge the fittest of athletes. Christina loves challenging her classes with a mix of foundational and contemporary exercises and really encourages strong mind-body connection. She hopes to see you in class soon to get longer and stronger together!
