Andie
Lead Instructor
Andie’s journey with Pilates began after the pandemic, when she took her first class and instantly fell in love. After years of weightlifting and struggling with back pain due to scoliosis, Pilates offered a new way to move—one that strengthened her body while improving her posture, balance, and overall well-being. What started as a workout quickly became a life-changing practice that transformed both her physical and mental health.
Originally entering Teacher Training during her senior year of college as a part-time pursuit, Andie quickly realized Pilates was more than just a side hustle—it was her calling. Taking a leap of faith, she turned her passion into a full-time career and has since grown into a leadership role. She is now the Lead Instructor at Power4 Pilates’ Los Gatos, guiding clients and instructors with expertise, enthusiasm, and care.
Andie’s teaching style is thorough and enthusiastic, with a focus on helping clients truly connect to their bodies. She loves teaching Reformer Flow and HIIT classes, bringing energy, intention, and a passion for progress into every session.
She is especially passionate about private training, where she builds meaningful relationships and supports clients through every stage of their journey. From recovering after injury, navigating pregnancy and postpartum, to building strength for the first time, Andie finds it incredibly rewarding to witness long-term growth and transformation.
With a degree in Psychology and Health & Wellness from Chico State, Andie brings a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to her teaching—supporting both the physical and mental aspects of movement. Andie believes Pilates is truly transformative. Her advice is simple: trust the process and stay consistent. With time, patience, and dedication, the results—both physically and mentally—are life-changing.
